A target operating model with the IS-Auto / VSS modules mapped to it, plus integration points to DMS, CRM, warranty portals and OEM systems. Honest about what's worth building and what's worth deferring.

Build & Cutover

Configuration, integration, data migration, training. We don't disappear when the consultants leave — go-live is the start of value, not the finish line.

End-to-end ownership

You define the outcome. We own the delivery — diagnostic through hypercare. Typical engagements run 6–18 months. Fixed fee or capped T&M. Best for greenfield IS-Auto, VSS rollouts and aftersales transformations.

Senior plug-in

Our founder embeds part-time in your team as the systems lead — 2 to 4 days per week. You retain the people; we own the technical direction. Great for organisations with strong middle layers but a gap at the top.

Stuck programmes

Programmes that have stalled, lost a vendor, or missed a go-live. We come in, find the failure mode, and either fix the programme or run an orderly stop.

Bid & demo
